Maison du Prix Wines is acting as your agent to ship wine to you. We can facilitate shipping to just about anywhere in the world. In the United States we primarily ship via UPS and can provide you rates for international shipping upon request. By asking us to act as your agent, you are representing that you are 21 years of age or older, and are in compliance with all applicable laws.
We will endeavor to follow specific shipping instructions if requested by you and provided such instructions are indicated at the time of purchased or emailed to email@example.com within 1 hour of placing an order. Lacking specific shipping instructions, we will seek to ship in the most economical way conducive with safe travel. We are happy to hold your wines in our temperature controlled facility for up to six months in order to combine purchases or wait for ideal weather.
Shipping Address: A street address at which an adult over 21 years of age or older is available during daytime hours to receive wine is required. Therefore, we recommend a business address whenever possible. Wine cannot be shipped to a PO Box. If wine is not accepted on the first delivery attempt, we reserve the right to invalidate its quality guarantee as repeated delivery attempts may subject the wine to undue temperature stress. Please note that we cannot be responsible for wine that was shipped to an address that you give us which turns out to be incorrect.
Adult Signature Required: All shipments require the carrier to verify the age of the recipient before delivery.
Weather Monitoring: We are constantly monitoring the weather globally to ensure that we don't ship your wine during excessive heat or cold spikes that could affect the wine during its travels to you and we reserve the right to delay or hold shipments at our discretion to protect your wines from damage. We are not responsible for damaged wine due to acts of nature or shipping in less than ideal conditions (e.g., heat or cold) at your request and against our recommendations. Air shipping is always recommended.
